True wellness is an integrated state of mind and body. I am here to help you establish a custom movement practice that deepens your somatic experience, strengthening you from the inside out. I am dedicated to kinesthetic education and contemplative practices; I constantly refine my skills in order to identify and improve habitual movement patterns. My teaching is a multidisciplinary approach to the science of Pilates.
I hold an MFA in Dance, a 200 Hour Yoga Certification with additional hours completed in Yoga Philosophy, Mindfulness, Compassionate Action, and Yoga for Special Populations.
I am fully Pilates certified through the Kane School of Core Integration. I've completed specialized continuing education on sacroilliac dysfunction, spine issues, pre and post-natal, and most notably anatomy studies through FAMI at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. My expertise is on proper bio-mechanics, functional movement, and Pilates through Pregnancy and beyond.
Above all, I am a lifelong learner and mover.
